If you're known, then consideration will be based on that.  If you're relatively unknown, consideration will be based on gameplay and you'll be given a 'trial run.'   If you're ST colors shine through, there'll be a big ceremony with lots of cake, dancing girls/guys [how you swing is your bidness], and the bestowing of awesome Moderator powers.

Consequently, if you abuse, neglect, or prove unworthy, your powah will be stripped.  It's a harsh, harsh world baby.
